Provide a forum for academics in Public Administration and Public Policy in tertiary and research institutions in Nigeria to discuss and brain storm on critical theoretical and practice issues in the field of Public Administration

A Professor of Public Administration or any of it's sub discipline, and a lecturer in the department of Public Administration

A civil servant not below the rank of Director in the Ministry or other government agency.

Political office holder with relevant cognate qualification deemed fit by Council.

Military and para military personnel not below the rank of a General in the Nigerian Army or it's equivalent

An Associate Professor in Public Administration and a lecturer in the department of Public Administration or any of the sub disciplines

A Ph. D Degree in Public Administration or any of the sub disciplines

Military and para military personnel not below the rank of a Colonel in Nigerian Army or it's equivalent

A Chief Lecturer or Senior Research Fellow in tertiary or research institutions
