A Professor of Public Administration or any of it's sub discipline, and a lecturer in the department of Public Administration
A civil servant not below the rank of Director in the Ministry or other government agency.
Political office holder with relevant cognate qualification deemed fit by Council.
Military and para military personnel not below the rank of a General in the Nigerian Army or it's equivalent
An Associate Professor in Public Administration and a lecturer in the department of Public Administration or any of the sub disciplines
A Ph. D Degree in Public Administration or any of the sub disciplines
A civil servant not below the rank of Deputy Director in the Ministry or other government agency.
Political office holder with relevant cognate qualification deemed fit by Council
Military and para military personnel not below the rank of a Colonel in Nigerian Army or it's equivalent
A Chief Lecturer or Senior Research Fellow in tertiary or research institutions
M.Sc Degree in Public Administration or any of the sub disciplines
A 1st Degree or HND in Public Administration or Allied discipline; and or Post-Graduate student in any tertiary institution on Nigeria or abroad.
A Licentiate (LASPAR) who has been LASPAR for for 3years and possess a first degree or HND in Public Administration
A civil servant not below the rank of Assistant Director in the Ministry or it's eauivalent in other government agency
political office holder with relevant cognate qualification deemed fit by Council
Military and para military personnel not below the rank of a Major in the Nigerian Army or it's equivalent
Admission to HND, B.Sc or it's equivalent in Public Administration.
A certification by the HOD that the student has passed a course in Introduction to Public Administration and or Elements to Public Administration.
A short essay of not more than 5 type written pages in any of the sub disciplines of Public Administration.
